To be eligible:

  • The request must be made within 14 days of delivery

  • Only one opened product per customer/order is eligible
  • Proof of purchase is required
  • The product must be less than 30% used
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

Returns

Due to the nature of food and supplement products, we are unable to accept returns of opened products unless they are faulty, damaged, or sent incorrectly.

Unopened products may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery, subject to approval.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or an error was made by us.
