Due to the nature of food products, we don't accept change-of-mind returns.

If your order arrives wrong, damaged, or missing, contact us within 30 days at info@gograti.com with your order number and a photo. We'll make it right.

Shipping

We ship within New Zealand, Monday to Friday.

Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days. You'll receive a tracking email once your order is on its way.

• Rural: 3–5 additional business days

Storage

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Reseal after each use and avoid wet scoops. Best consumed within 3–6 months of opening.
