We ship from New Zealand with tracked delivery, Monday to Friday.

Dispatch

Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days. You'll receive a tracking email once your order is on its way.

Delivery Estimates

These are courier transit times after dispatch:

• Urban: 1–3 business days
• Rural: 3–5 business days

Rates are calculated at checkout.

We currently ship within New Zealand & Australia.

Issues with Your Order

If your parcel is delayed, damaged, or missing, email info@gograti.com within 30 days of your expected delivery date. Include your order number and photos where applicable, and we'll sort it out.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.

Good to Know

• Pre-orders ship by the date shown on the product page. Orders containing a pre-order ship together once all items are ready.
• Address changes must be requested before dispatch. Once shipped, contact the carrier directly for redirection options.
