Welcome to GRATI. "We", "us", and "our" refer to GRATI. These Terms of Service ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy, describe your rights and responsibilities when using our store and website ("Services"), powered by Shopify. By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
1. Access and Account
You confirm you are at least the age of majority in your place of residence. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity on your account. All information you provide must be current, complete, and accurate. You may not transfer or sell your account.
2. Our Products
We aim to represent products accurately. Colours and appearance may vary due to your device settings. Product descriptions may change without notice. We may discontinue products or limit quantities at our discretion.
GRATI. products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
3. Orders
When you place an order, you make an offer to purchase. An order is accepted only when we send an order confirmation email and process payment. Review orders carefully before submitting — cancellations may not be possible once accepted. Purchases are for personal use only, not commercial resale or export.
4. Prices and Billing
All prices are displayed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and are inclusive of GST where applicable. Prices may change without notice. The price charged is the price shown in your confirmation email. Unless stated, prices exclude shipping and handling. You warrant you are authorised to use the payment method provided and agree to pay all charges.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for carrier delays or events outside our control. Title and risk of loss pass on delivery to the address you provide, subject to your rights under New Zealand law.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the Services, including trademarks, images, text, graphics, and design, is owned by GRATI. or its licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You must not reproduce, distribute, or modify any materials without prior written consent. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
7. Third-Party Tools and Links
We may provide access to third-party tools "as is" without warranties or endorsement. The Services may also link to third-party sites. We are not responsible for their content or practices. Review their terms before transacting.
8. Relationship with Shopify
The Services are powered by Shopify. Purchases are made directly with GRATI., not Shopify. Shopify is not responsible for your transactions with GRATI.
9. Privacy
Personal information is handled under our Privacy Policy. Because the Services are hosted by Shopify, certain information is also processed by Shopify under its own privacy notices. We are committed to complying with the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020.
10. Feedback
If you submit reviews, ideas, or other content, you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, and publish that content for any purpose. You warrant you have all rights to grant this licence.
11. Errors and Inaccuracies
Information on the Services may contain errors or omissions. We may correct errors and update or cancel orders at any time without notice.

You may use the Services for lawful purposes only. You must not violate laws, infringe intellectual property rights, transmit malware, harass others, send spam, or interfere with the security or operation of the Services. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

We may suspend or terminate the Services or your access at any time without notice. You remain liable for amounts due up to termination. Sections that by nature should survive termination continue after termination.

Except as expressly stated, the Services and all products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies you may have under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or Fair Trading Act 1986.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GRATI. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services or any product. Where liability cannot be excluded under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or other applicable law, our liability is limited to the remedies required by law.
16. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GRATI. and its affiliates from third-party claims arising out of your breach of these Terms or violation of law or third-party rights.
17. General
If any provision of these Terms is unenforceable, the remainder continues in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and GRATI. and supersede prior agreements. We may assign our rights without notice. You may not assign yours without our written consent.
18. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Disputes are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand, including the courts of Auckland.
19. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time by posting a revised version and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
